         Earliest evidence for William found in Rev. War Pension Application as sixteen year old enlistee at Monmouth Courthouse NJ,   That
           original application was made 1820 at Uniontown Fayette Co PA, prior to family move to Columbiana Co OH 1814. 
           Place of birth not stated in application. Son John's  affadavit in Elizabeth's1830's  Rev.War Widow's Pens. states William b.DE, however
               William himself had not stated birthplace.
